Responsibilities- Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth, meeting volume goals for both settings as determined.
- Lead clinic staff in behavior, actions, and attitude, guiding X‑Ray technologists, nurses, and front office specialists to deliver excellent patient care.

- Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
- Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Engage with clinical leadership, escalating to management as appropriate to maintain strong patient care and resolve concerns, ensuring adherence to company values.
- Meet patient volume goals for tele and in‑patient visits as determined.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner, forwarding charts as appropriate daily.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient‑centric care and safety.
- Conduct activities in compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management issues.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment in both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings.
- Ensure timely follow‑up for telehealth patients to maintain proper patient care.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment.
- Follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
- Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training to meet and exceed quality of care standards.

- Recommend ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve patient experience.
- Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care.
- Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and an overview of clinic processes.
- Assist new employees with learning activities and required training, providing job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
