The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, aiming to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, and Add Value.
• Ensure a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage during special occasions (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor environments, moderate noise.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adhere to safety guidelines in a physical environment with hard surfaces and outdoor lots.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift/reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and operate equipment.
• Handle merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
