Outside Sales Representative

Georgia Metals LLC dba Watson Metals, located in Bon Aqua (Manchester), TN, is a multi-state, regional manufacturer of high-quality metal roofs and steel buildings. We have experienced significant growth in recent years and are seeking additional outside sales resources to continue that growth. The role covers the Central Tennessee / West Tennessee area.

• Identify and develop new sales leads with contractors and wholesalers.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Understand potential customer product needs and customize specific offerings to meet those needs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the sales process, working closely with internal teams to ensure design, manufacturing and delivery align with customer expectations.

• Demonstrated experience in outside sales within metal roofs or a related industry.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• A proactive business development approach with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
