What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage audit engagements from initial planning to final review
• Coordinate on-site resources, allocate tasks, and manage timelines
• Ensure audit quality and compliance with all regulatory standards
• Mentor and review the work of junior team members, offering coaching and feedback
• Produce clear, well-documented audit findings reports for manager/director review
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and issue resolution
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless and professional client experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and cross-team working

About You

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Experience managing audits within a UK accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge of FRS and IFRS standards
• Excellent organisational and risk assessment skills
• Confident communication skills and client-facing experience
• A collaborative, hands-on approach to teamwork
• Experience using Case Ware and CCH is advantageous but not essential
