Are you a qualified or nearly qualified Audit Senior looking to take the next step in your career with a forward-thinking and well-respected accountancy practice? We’re working with a leading national firm in Manchester that is growing its corporate audit team and looking for a talented individual to join them.

This role offers the chance to work with a diverse and dynamic client portfolio ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate entities across various industries. You’ll take on a key role in planning and delivering audit assignments, managing junior staff, and working closely with clients to build strong, trusted relationships.

• Leading audits from planning through to completion

• Supervising and mentoring junior team members

• Reviewing work and providing constructive feedback

• Working closely with managers and partners on complex technical matters

• Building relationships with clients and acting as a point of contact

• Supporting the development of more efficient audit processes

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or finalist level)

• Recent experience in a UK accountancy practice environment

• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines

• A collaborative and proactive approach
