/nYour new role
/nAs a Tax Manager, you'll be a key member of our experienced Tax Advisory team, delivering high-quality advice to a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with our Tax Directors and Senior Managers, supporting business owners with a wide range of tax planning and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, share schemes, employee ownership trusts, reorganisations, in corporations, and remuneration planning
/n/t
- Managing HMRC enquiries and investigations, including reviewing junior team members' work
/n/t
- Providing technical support to our network of smaller accountancy firms
/n/t
- Supporting the development, training, and mentoring of junior team members
/n/t
- Contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused environment
/n

/nWhat you'll need to succeed

/n/n

/n/t
- ACCA/ACA/CTA qualification with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in tax
/n/t
- Strong experience advising owner-managed businesses on a range of tax issues
/n/t
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first mindset
/n/t
- Confidence in managing complex projects and working collaboratively across teams
/n/t
- A passion for mentoring and developing others
/n/t
- Exposure to VAT is a bonus, but not essential
/n/t
- A desire to challenge yourself and contribute to a growing, innovative firm
/n
