Group Financial Controller – SaaS
Location:
Manchester (Hybrid)
Contract:
12 Months
Rate: £400–£500 per day
IR35:
Outside IR35
We're recruiting an experienced Group Financial Controller to join a fast-growing, PE‑backed SaaS business on a 12‑month contract. Reporting to the CFO, you'll lead Group financial reporting and controls across a multi‑entity, multi‑currency environment while supporting continued growth and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead monthly Group consolidations across 4–5 entities.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, FRS
102 and UKGAAP. - Manage statutory reporting and external audits.
- Support Board and investor reporting.
- Drive finance process improvements and ERP implementation.
- Support M&A activity and post‑acquisition integration.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Proven Group Financial Controller or Group Reporting experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS, FRS
102 and UKGAAP. - Multi‑entity consolidation and statutory reporting experience.
- SaaS, technology or PE‑backed business experience preferred.
- Available to start immediately or on short notice.
