Billing Specialist

You will be working for a rapidly growing, highly respected professional services business based in Manchester City Centre. This is a full-time permanent role with flexibility on start and finish times, along with a hybrid working policy that allows you to work two days per week from home. The aim of this job is to support the Billing Supervisor by taking ownership of billing-related tasks for a portfolio of clients. Key responsibilities include providing accurate cost estimates, raising and finalising client invoices, managing work-in-progress (WIP), and ensuring timely billing processes.

Other duties include processing foreign agent charges, maintaining client invoice requirements, and liaising with Credit Control to ensure proper allocation of funds received.

To be considered, you must have experience in billing processes within a law firm or professional services environment. You should also demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel.
