About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join a high-performing Credit Control team within a nationally recognised business, ranked as one of the UK's Best Big Companies to work for and widely recognised for its commitment to Learning and Development.

This role will see you taking ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, managing cash collection activity, resolving complex queries and supporting the wider Credit Control function in maintaining strong debtor performance.

You will play a key role in reducing debtor days, improving cash collection performance and ensuring excellent client relationships are maintained through proactive account management and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

As a Senior Credit Controller, you will take ownership of key areas across cash collection, account management and query resolution, including:

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring effective credit control processes are followed.
