• Processes intercompany invoices, debit notes and credit notes accurately and in accordance with company policies and service-level agreements.
• Ensures correct GL coding, tax treatment, and alignment with intercompany agreements or purchase orders.
• Performs monthly intercompany AP reconciliations and ensures balances match with counterpart AR teams.
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies before month-end deadlines.
• Acts as a senior point of contact for intercompany AP queries from internal teams, auditors, and global finance partners
• Ensures compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
• Supports the AP Manager with KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and AP processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict month-end deadlines
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations)
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
