THG Ingenuity is seeking a payments performance specialist to ensure robust payment acceptance across cards, wallets, Pay Pal and BNPL. You will identify issues, coordinate teams and implement improvements that reduce revenue leakage and customer friction.
You will own payment-performance reporting, incident escalation and optimisation activities, measuring outcome-driven revenue and experience benefits across a high-volume international ecommerce environment.
