Management Accountant – Swinton – Hybrid - £43,000 to £45,000 + Benefits

We are seeking to recruit to the position of Management Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial reporting and reconciliations for repairs, maintenance and Asset Management costs.

Reconcile funder income and expenditure, providing regular variance analysis and commentary.

Liaise with budget holders and departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Manage landlord rent, insurance payments, rent increases, accruals and prepayments.

Support lease accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting.

Produce monthly management accounts and variance commentary.

Complete bank and treasury reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Support statutory accounts, year-end audit and rent ledger reconciliations.

Maintain accurate financial records, process documentation and reporting.

Support the wider Finance team with queries and ad hoc tasks.

Ensure compliance with organisational policies, KPIs and training requirements.
