Accounts Assistant Trafford Park Up to £30,000pa doe
Our client is a market leader who have grown to become one of the standout names at the forefront of their field. Joining an established finance team, you will handle a range of accounts duties and ensure that day-to-day financial operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out daily transactional duties including Purchase and Sales Ledger
* Posting journals to clear purchase ledger deductions
* Reporting on supplier deposits and balance queries
* Processing and allocating outgoing payments
* Scheduling payments and ensuring schedules are adhered to
* Maintaining supplier records
* Dealing with queries and resolving issues
* Issuing copy invoices, copy statements and payment links
Requirements:
* Previous Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger experience
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
* Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
