Your new role

As an Employment Tax Partner, you will take on a senior leadership role, responsible for shaping, developing, and growing the firm’s Employment Tax offering.

Leading complex employment tax advisory projects, including workforce structuring, employee reward, global mobility, and compliance

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and building long-term client relationships

Driving business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding market share

Leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a strong and collaborative culture

Working closely with other service lines to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions

Advising clients on regulatory changes, emerging risks, and strategic workforce planning

Contributing to thought leadership and enhancing the firm’s market profile

This is a highly visible role with significant influence over strategy, client delivery, and business growth.

What you'll need to succeed

Extensive experience in employment tax within professional services or a regulatory environment

Strong track record of delivering complex advisory work and managing senior client relationships

Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop new business

Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability

Ability to influence at senior levels and drive business growth
