You will assist in self-accounting for all departments and the hotel business, handling forecasting, sales ledger, purchase ledger and payroll, and liaising with Reception and Nights teams on night audit and cash handling.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, be highly organised, and able to work as part of a team while managing own workload.
