Management Accountant

Reed Accountancy are recruiting on behalf of a successful and established business on the Fylde Coast for a Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified ACCA/CIMA professional (or QBE) to join a fast-paced, commercially focused environment where you'll work closely with operational teams to deliver meaningful financial insight and support business performance.

Key Responsibilities Produce monthly management accounts, reports and financial analysis Deliver variance analysis and KPI reporting to support decision-making Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and month-end accounting processes Drive process improvements and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business About You Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience

Experience with in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role Strong reporting, analysis and management accounts experience Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs/VLOOKUPs Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail Salary & Benefits £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary Annual bonus up to 8% Permanent, full-time position Office-based role (5 days preferred, minimum 3 days considered) Excellent development and progression opportunities The hiring team are looking to move quickly with this appointment and have planned first-stage interviews for the 25th, 26th and 27th August.
