Accounts Payable

Your new company A fast-paced and growing organisation based in Central London is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join the finance team on an interim basis. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in a standalone role, enjoys taking ownership, and can make an immediate impact within a busy finance function. Your new role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process across multiple entities.

This will include processing invoices, managing supplier relationships, reconciling accounts, and overseeing weekly payment runs. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring smooth financial operations while maintaining strong controls and accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable function Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses Performing supplier statement reconciliations Managing weekly high-value payment runs Supporting multiple business entities Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with procedures Supporting process improvements and automation initiatives where possible What you'll need to succeed :
Proven experience managing the full Accounts Payable process Recent hands-on experience using Net Suite (essential) Experience processing high-volume and high-value payments Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a finance function Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach Exposure to Accounts Receivable or wider transactional finance duties would be advantageous What you'll get in return :
