We're a busy 4-star hotel in the heart of Manchester, just minutes from Piccadilly Station, and we're looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day financial operation of the hotel, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately, records are maintained, and deadlines are met.

What You'll Do

AR, AP and Income Audit Financial Administration

• Maintaining strict accuracy across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the daily Income Audit function
• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery records where applicable
• Assist with supplier payments and monitor outstanding invoices
