Could you be the next Scheduling Coordinator helping a fast-growing digital media agency keep operations running smoothly across the UK and Europe?
My client is an award-winning digital media agency working with a wide range of retail and commercial clients. They are looking for a proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join their central operations team, ensuring engineers, equipment, and schedules run efficiently. As Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the business, coordinating installations and maintenance visits across the UK and Europe.
What will you be doing as a Scheduling Coordinator?
· Plan and schedule engineer visits across the UK and Europe, including hotels, ferries, and other transport
· Maintain accurate logs and records of all activities in internal systems
· Arrange site access for installations and support visits at retail, transport hubs, and commercial locations
· Manage kit movements, equipment hire, and 3rd party services
· Communicate effectively with on-the-road engineers and internal departments
· Generate support visit RAMS and manage engineer overtime
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Previous experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles (similar roles:
Operations Coordinator, Workflow Co-coordinator, Resource Planner, Field Support Coordinator, Planner / Scheduler)
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
· Analytical, proactive, and a problem-solver

· Salary up to £27,000 per year (depending on experience)
· 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with accrual over time
