- Deliver a right‑first‑time administration service focused on data changes, including setting up new starters, leavers, and promotions to ensure employees are paid correctly and accurately.
- Ensure quality administrative outputs to prevent rework and maintain data compliance.
- Consistently apply administrative duties, updating employee records and personal information as required.
- Take personal ownership for allocated activities, collaborate to achieve team key performance indicators.
- Operate within the pre‑agreed control framework, reviewing adherence and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Develop and continually improve relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a customer‑centric approach.
- Support the Network Rail Better Day Everyday initiative by identifying areas for improvement in daily & weekly focus groups.
- Foster a culture of operational responsibility, promoting personal ownership for delivery.
- Confidence and proficiency with Excel.
- Exceptional customer focus/engagement.
- Proven administrative and analytical skills.
- Experience delivering continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Occupational knowledge of subject areas.
- Working towards or educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Processing high volume activity.
- Oracle eBusiness Suite experience.
