Senior Facilities Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth, compliant, and efficient operation of multiple offices across the North and Midlands. Acting as a key point of contact for onsite teams and stakeholders, you will play a vital role in ensuring an excellent working environment for employees and a professional experience for clients.

This is a hands-on, visible role requiring strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for allocated offices, handling day-to-day facilities queries and escalating significant issues where appropriate
  • Ensure all offices provide a safe, compliant, and welcoming working environment
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, liaising with approved contractors and logging site issues
  • Support senior facilities leadership with statutory compliance documentation and audits
  • Manage team attendance and absence cover, providing regional support to other offices when required
  • Maintain strong working relationships with landlords, managing agents, and service providers
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior facilities management
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure services meet agreed standards
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Collect and report performance data, making recommendations around space usage, occupancy, and service improvements
