The Role
As a School Administrator, you will:

Provide efficient administrative support to the school office and senior leadership team
Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling enquiries
Maintain accurate pupil records, attendance data, and confidential documentation
Support admissions, timetabling, and general day-to-day school operations
Communicate effectively with staff, parents, carers, and external agencies
Use school management systems (such as SIMS or Arbor) to update and manage data
Assist with organising meetings, correspondence, and school events
About You

You will have:

Previous experience in an administrative role (school-based experience)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
A professional, friendly, and adaptable approach
A genuine interest in supporting education and young people
