🕘 Monday–Friday, 9–5 (yes, your weekends are yours)

💰 £24,000

The Role

We’re looking for someone who thrives on spinning plates, keeping things moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll be the calm, organised brain behind the tenant onboarding journey guiding applicants from “I love it, I’ll take it” to keys-in-hand and fully moved in.

You’ll work closely with lettings, property management and external partners to keep the engine running smoothly. If you like process, people, and the satisfaction of ticking things off properly, you’ll enjoy this.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are identical, but expect to:

* Run the tenant referencing process via our onboarding platform

* Manage tenancy activations and deposit registrations

* Carry out Right to Rent checks

* Book inventories and cleaning with contractors

* Handle keys like they’re gold (because they are)

* Ensure compliance documents are watertight

* Support property inspections

* Manage utilities admin

* Welcome visitors and handle calls

* Tackle general office admin (post, scanning, filing - the unsung heroes of organisation)

What We’re Looking For

You might already have lettings experience - great

You might come from hospitality or retail and be used to juggling 47 things at once, also great!

You’ll likely be:

* Super organised and able to prioritise

* Calm when it’s busy (because it will be)

* Confident communicating with tenants and colleagues

* Naturally proactive

* Reliable and punctual

* Happy working in a structured, process-driven role
