The Role You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of advisers, ensuring a seamless client experience and efficient back‑office processes. The firm has a positive, growth‑oriented culture and values individuals who can take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full administrative support to multiple financial advisers
- Manage new business processing, valuations, and policy administration
- Maintain accurate client records on the CRM system
- Liaise with clients and providers to ensure efficient case progression
- Prepare review packs, illustrations, and documentation for client meetings
- Work closely with paraplanners and advisers to deliver excellent client outcomes
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial planning administration (essential)
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection processes
- Confident communicating with clients and providers
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Intelligent Office (desirable)
- Salary:
Up to £35,000 (DOE) - Bonus Scheme:
Company‑wide, typically up to £2,000 - Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office, 3 from home
