Compensation: £29,680 - £39,154 / year
Responsibilities- Provide an effective and efficient personal assistant role to the Executive Team including secretarial, clerical and administrative support
- Be a first line of contact for enquiries from internal and external sources, assessing and handling queries in full
- Responsible for the Executive Team diaries including scheduling recurring routine meetings, managing and handling papers for wide variety of boards and meetings
- Planning and preparing for events, working in collaboration with other departments and external parties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships and liaising effectively with the College’s internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team and wider SLT
- Support and deputise for the Senior Executive Assistant as required
- Significant experience as a PA or EA, supporting senior executives in the public or private sector
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence liaising at all levels
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
- High attention to detail and strong IT skills to support effective administration
