Plots Administrator

Department: Real Estate - Residential Development

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Manchester

Description

We are currently recruiting for Plots Administrator to support a number of fee earners in our Plot Sales team based in our Manchester office. The Plots Administrator main responsibilities will be updating progress reports, assisting with post completion work and other general administrative duties.

The Plots Administrator will have good knowledge of IT packages including Microsoft Office and good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opening files and completing standard documents.
  • Updating progress reports.
  • Scanning documents and keeping files up to date.
  • Dealing with standard letters.
  • Assisting with the completion progress sending payment forms to accounts.
  • Obtaining documents from the Land Registry.
  • Assisting with post completion work.
  • Submitting searches.
  • Closing files and general admin assistance for the team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft and other commonly used software.
  • Effective and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work either on own initiative or part of team.
  • Able to anticipate problems and develop solutions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure remaining calm and focussed.
  • Ability to develop self and others and be learning oriented, wanting to learn and seek improvement.
