Case Handler

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Processor to support the smooth progression of loan applications from initial submission through to completion. This role is central to ensuring cases are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with internal procedures and service standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal underwriting and operations teams, as well as external brokers and solicitors, helping to maintain momentum across the pipeline and deliver a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Process new loan applications from submission through to completion

* Review case documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

* Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers, and internal teams to progress cases

* Request, chase, and track outstanding information

* Maintain accurate case records and update internal systems

* Support underwriters with administrative and case-related tasks

* Ensure SLAs are met and cases progress in a timely manner

* Identify issues or delays and escalate where appropriate

* Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile

* Previous experience in a case processing, loan administration, or operations role (financial services preferred)

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

* Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with external stakeholders

* Ability to manage multiple cases and work to deadlines

* Proficient with internal systems and Microsoft Office

* A team player with a proactive and professional approach
