Executive Assistant - Corporate - Up to £40,000 salary
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced executive assistant to join its high-performing corporate team in Manchester city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers, providing day-to-day support across diary and travel management, client coordination, and team operations. The role offers a great variety and scope for someone looking to be an integral part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
Key responsibilities- Manage complex diaries and coordinate international travel and meetings
- Prepare documents, meeting agendas, and follow up on action points
- Support client engagement, business development activities, and pitch preparation
- Maintain well-organised and compliant filing systems using iManage
- Assist with onboarding, compliance, billing, and financial reporting using Aderant
- Liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, professional communication
- Draft correspondence, manage shared inboxes, and coordinate with other departments
- Take ownership of administrative processes and contribute to team efficiency
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or legal PA, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence managing busy schedules and coordinating across time zones
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with iManage and Aderant is an advantage
