Lettings Assistant

Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Lettings Assistant to work on a 6 month contract situated in Manchester. The role will be a hybrid role with a mix of homeworking and office working.

• Provide a professional administration support service for lettings and tenancy management.
• Responsible for delivering all key administrative duties for these functions, ensuring customers are receiving an excellent Customer Experience in line with our Customer Service Standards and offer.
• To support the Neighbourhoods Team to achieve high levels of sustainable lettings.
• To ensure customers sustain their tenancies for as long as possible by identifying risks and providing or signposting customers to services and products which will support them.

Due to the nature of this role interested candidates must have extensive Lettings/Allocations experience.
