My client, a leading international law firm, are seeking a Facilities Team Leader to join their Facilities department.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee essential operational services and support a thriving legal environment.

This role is 5 days office based (35 hours) 9am – 5pm.

• Manage and train Facilities Assistants to deliver facilities services.
• Oversee incoming requests using task management systems.
• Review and adjust resource allocation to meet business requirements
• Promote best practices and manage change effectively.
• Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests.
• Liaise with the Front of House team for reception cover and support.
• Ensure staff kitchens are stocked with catering supplies.

• Relevant experience in a similar professional environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to use initiative.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• A polite and professional manner.
