We are looking for a Facilities Support Advisor to help provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for staff and students. Reporting to the IT and Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the Centre, ensuring buildings, classrooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard.

You will act as a key health and safety contact, respond to fire alarms and drills, carry out safety checks, oversee reactive repairs and liaise with contractors and the building landlord. The role also includes setting up rooms for teaching and events, supporting student arrivals and events, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining stock, keeping accurate compliance records and assisting in emergencies, including first aid where required.
