Team Administrator

Overview

Team Administrators — 23-26,000 basic DOE + bonuses + benefits packages

Locations:
Leatherhead, Dorking, Epsom and Sutton. We have a number of administration roles to fill for clients based in the immediate local areas, all are close to public transport links, and some have parking onsite as well.

• Being a proactive team player, happy to help others reach team and client SLA's
• Handling emails and responses to enquiries via live-chat and website enquiries
• Answering department telephone calls and enquiries
• Taking appointment details and booking appointments for colleagues and third parties
• Raising purchase orders
• Updating reports on Excel and in-house databases for other business areas to review
• Keeping client records updated and accurate at all times
• Problem solving and quick responses to keep delays to a minimum

6 months+ administration experience in an office-based role, and willingness to undertake the above duties/responsibilities.
