The successful candidate will primarily assist with post-completion matters
, while also supporting with client care and reception duties

• Assisting fee earners with post-completion conveyancing matters
• Handling client enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Managing reception duties and welcoming clients
• General administrative and secretarial support
• Maintaining organised files and records

• Previous legal secretarial or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with in conveyancing/post-completion work would be advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional, personable and client-focused
• Ability to work well within a team environment
