Facilities Assistant
We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to support the Property Team at our Salford office. The role ensures high standards of office facilities and provides first‑line support to visitors, staff, and volunteers.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff and volunteers to our Salford office.
- Ensure visitors, staff and volunteers are greeted with a warm and efficient welcome.
- Provide administrative support to key stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Generous annual leave: 29 days per annum plus bank holidays for full‑time employees (pro‑rata for part‑time); 32 days after five years of continuous service.
