Position: Exams Administrator (Full-Time)

Temporary Exams Administrator (Full‑Time)

Location:

Greater Manchester

Contract:

Temporary – 1 month initially (potential for extension)

Hours:

Full‑Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £15 – £20 per hour

Eden Brown is looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Exams Administrator to join a busy education setting in Greater Manchester on a temporary full‑time basis. This role is initially for one month, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the planning, organisation and administration of examinations.
  • Ensuring examination procedures comply with awarding body regulations.
  • Liaising with students, staff, invigilators and examination boards.
  • Maintaining accurate examination records and candidate information.
  • Processing exam entries, amendments and results.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of examination materials.
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within an educational environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
