Temporary Medical Receptionist

Location: Didsbury

Medical Receptionist, Fallowfield Based.
£12.71 per hour + Holiday Pay
2 X SHIFT PATTERNS AVALIABLE:
Monday to Friday, 1:30pm – 8:15pm OR Monday to Friday 1.30pm-6.30pm
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Medical Receptionists to join a hardworking, friendly team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 8 weeks, with a strong possibility of extension.
Responsibilities as a Medical Receptionist
 
* Answering a high volume of incoming calls
 
* Managing patient queries in a professional and empathetic manner
 
* Booking and amending appointments
 
* Updating patient records accurately
 
* Supporting the wider reception and admin team as needed
Desirables
 
* Previous reception or customer‑facing experience (medical setting preferred)
 
* Strong communication and organisational skills
 
* Confident using computer systems
 
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
You must be able to commit to the hours:
Monday–Friday, 1:30pm–8:15pm OR Monday-Friday 1.30pm-6.30pm. Please only apply if these hours suit.
