We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Project Administrator to join our Environment & Safety team. This role is responsible for providing effective project administration to meet the needs of the business, supporting the successful delivery of Fire Safety services to our clients, and contributing proactively to the growth and development of both the department and the company.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and administer client projects from initial instruction through to completion.
- Maintain project trackers, databases, and management systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Monitor project KPIs, identify potential issues, and escalate the necessary action.
- Schedule site visits and allocate work to project teams to support efficient service delivery.
- Process, proofread, and submit reports to clients within agreed timescales.
- Manage project documentation, purchase orders, work orders, and invoicing processes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams, responding to queries professionally and efficiently.
- Attend client meetings to provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.
- Support the delivery of high-quality client service while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Excellent work ethic and contribution to a positive culture.
- Intermediate level in MS Office and business management software (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Analytical mindset with strategic problem‑solving skills.
