The role will entail:

  • Handling client enquiries, calls and communications with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
  • Manage diaries, travel, itineraries, international meeting arrangements and agendas.
  • Support pitch documents, presentations and tender submissions for international work.
  • Assist with organising internal and external events, training sessions and client briefings.
  • Monitor team inboxes, prepare draft responses and manage correspondence.
  • Provide cross-team support where needed and help balance workflow.
  • Support billing processes and prepare accurate invoices for international matters.
  • Manage expenses, payments and financial administration tasks.
  • Ensure all compliance, information security and data-handling standards are met.

Applicants must have:

  • Experience as a PA in a legal, professional services or similarly structured environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • A positive, “can do” attitude.
  • Adaptability and confidence in a fast-moving environment.
