What youll be doing:
Keeping everything in sync Coordinate our workers, payroll, planning shifts, booking accommodation, and logistics Chase orders, timesheets, shift and key information Onboarding new workers, proving relevant checks, planning for audits Ensuring compliance excellence Manage documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date Supporting payroll coordination and ensuring our workers are paid on time and correctly. Planning shifts and completing compliance checks Owning the detail Maintain systems, track data, and keep everything organised Use Excel and internal databases to manage critical information Supporting team success Handle the crucial behind-the-scenes work that allows consultants to perform at their best Why join Vital?
