Admin Apprentice

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Apprentice to join our team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a busy office environment while supporting engineers and administration teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and delivering excellent customer service through accurate and timely communication.

• Meeting and greeting visitors at reception
• Handling incoming calls, directing enquiries, and resolving queries
• Raising, recording, and receipting purchase orders
• Collating data and documentation for tender pre‑qualification submissions
• Processing weekly timesheets and expenses

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop their administrative skills.

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English and IT at Grade 5 or above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
