Overview
A global construction products manufacturer is seeking a Temporary Receptionist for their Irlam office to cover maternity leave for 6-9 months. This full-time role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in MS Office. The successful candidate will manage communications, welcome visitors, and help with meetings and travel arrangements.
Responsibilities- Manage communications, including calls and mail, and direct inquiries as appropriate.
- Welcome visitors and ensure a professional reception experience.
- Assist with meetings (logistics, scheduling) and travel arrangements as needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Contract type:
Temporary (maternity cover) for 6-9 months. - Location:
Irlam, on-site. - Hours:
Full-time. - Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour plus benefits.
