Team Administrator

The Administrator will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors to the South team based at Parkway House Northenden or supporting the North and Central team in Chorlton House. They will receive and process referrals, contact patients to arrange appointments and update the Talking Therapies data system records as required, and provide administrative support to the clinical team. They will also answer and resolve client queries and voicemail messages, ensuring strict adherence to trust guidelines, policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, disclosure information and the Data Protection Act.

• Meeting and welcoming clients and visitors attending Parkway House, Northenden.
• Processing all referrals into the service, ensuring that Talking Therapies data system is updated.
• Maintaining an excellent telephone manner to answer and make telephone calls to service users, third parties and other Trust services.
• Making appointments according to clinical requirements set out by clinicians and agreed with service users.
• Prioritising telephone calls, including distressed service users, carers and relatives, and informing the team of urgency.
• Ensuring trust guidelines, policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, disclosure information and the Data Protection Act are always observed.
