You'll work at the centre of key commercial decisions, supporting senior leadership and helping shape how the executive office operates.
This is a role for an accomplished Senior Executive Assistant who enjoys operating with autonomy, influencing priorities, and building trusted relationships with Board members, investors and senior stakeholders. You'll join a collaborative business where your judgement, discretion and organisational expertise will have a visible impact.

• Permanent, full-time position.
• Opportunity to shape and own the executive office function.
• Exposure to Board-level decision making, investors and senior stakeholder relationships.
About the Company
You'll be joining an established specialist lender with a strong reputation for delivering tailored finance solutions. The business combines a relationship-led culture with an entrepreneurial approach, giving employees the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution as it continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with the Managing Director, managing priorities, diary commitments and acting as a trusted gatekeeper.
• Lead Board and governance administration, including Board packs, minute taking and tracking actions through to completion.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, investor materials and senior communications while managing confidential information with absolute discretion.
• Coordinate strategic projects, executive travel, senior events and office operations to ensure the executive function runs efficiently.
About You
• Significant experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting an MD, CEO or Board within financial services, property finance, professional services or a similarly fast-paced commercial environment.
• Proven experience managing Board governance, including Board packs, minute taking and Board administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with experience producing high-quality executive presentations and documentation.
