The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, highly organised and commercially aware Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-impact support to KCR Group’s C‑Suite and D‑Suite leadership. You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Brand Directors and other senior leaders, ensuring they operate at maximum effectiveness across a complex, multi‑brand, multi‑territory business.
This is not a traditional PA role. We are looking for an EA who acts as a true strategic partner — someone who thinks ahead, manages risk before it surfaces, communicates with authority on behalf of the leadership team and holds the executive function together in a business that operates across multiple time zones. You will be the connective tissue between leadership and the wider business.
Comparable benchmarks for this calibre of EA role where EA professionals operate at a level that blends first‑class administrative execution with genuine business acumen.
