We are looking for a Legal Administrator that is ready to take on an exciting, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the key in responding to solicitors’ leasehold enquiries, keeping everything running smoothly, and supporting essential legal and admin tasks. With Encore, you will make a real impact in residential property management!
What You’ll Be Doing Leasehold EnquiriesPrepare and update information packs, handle solicitor enquiries, and support Land Registry processes.
Customer Service & AdministrationAct as a key point of contact for solicitors, estate agents, residents, and financial advisers. Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are tracked through the property management system.
Company Secretarial SupportAssist with filing statutory documents, issuing share certificates, and maintaining company records.
Sub-letting AdministrationManage sub-letting notices and consent requests in line with procedures.
General Office SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support, including document preparation and maintaining an organised office environment.
What You’ll Bring ExperienceAt least 1 year of administrative experience. Property or legal experience is helpful but not essential.
Skills- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Qube is an advantage)
- Good commercial awareness
- Reliable and able to take ownership of work
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and professional approach

Additional but important infoEncore operates a hybrid working policy, with 2 days per week working in our Manchester office. Office attendance will be more frequent in the initial first few months.
The salary for this role is £27,000 per annum.
