Personal Assistant Ickenham £40K - £60K per annum My seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Directors’ schedules, administration, and office operations. You will:
Manage the Directors’ diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments Organise travel arrangements including accommodation and transport bookings Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations Manage incoming calls, emails, and written correspondence in a professional manner Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office operations and welcome visitors Provide personal administrative support including appointments, vehicle administration, insurance, visas, and related tasks Reconcile and review corporate credit card statements and property-related invoices Assist with ad-hoc personal errands and general support tasks as required Maintain complete confidentiality across all business and personal matters Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions Carry out research tasks Liaise with suppliers, property agents, and other external stakeholders Support coordination of smaller projects across the business Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting tight deadlines Monitor important dates, meetings, and key deliverables Proactively anticipate the needs of the Directors and take initiative where appropriate Act as a central point of contact between the Directors and both internal and external stakeholders Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships Communicate clearly and represent the Directors and business professionally The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative/support role Have strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal abilities Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Be flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Benefits include 20 days holiday plus bank holiday, parking on site, bonus, company pension & free fo
