The role:
You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repair works, ensuring operatives are deployed efficiently while delivering a high level of service to tenants and clients. You’ll act as a key point of contact, managing diaries, prioritising urgent jobs, and keeping all parties updated.
Key responsibilities include:
Scheduling responsive and planned repair works Managing operatives’ diaries to ensure maximum efficiency Liaising with tenants, contractors and internal teams Handling incoming calls and updating systems accurately Monitoring job progress and resolving scheduling issues We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience within repairs or maintenance scheduling Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail Communicates confidently with both customers and colleagues In return:
