Temporary Facilities & Reprographics Assistant Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting on behalf their top law firm client for a Temporary Facilities & Reprographics Assistant to provide cover during a busy period from 27th July to 4th September. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong reprographics experience who enjoys working in a professional services environment and can deliver a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day reprographics requirements, including printing, copying, scanning and document production. Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within required deadlines. Providing support with general facilities duties as required. Assisting with post room activities, courier arrangements and office moves. Delivering a professional and responsive service to colleagues across the business. About You Previous experience within a Reprographics Assistant role is essential.

Experience with in a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
