Pay rate - £12.82ph + holiday pay

We are currently recruiting for a friendly, professional and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our client’s team based in Salford Quays.
This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and providing a professional and welcoming service.

Key Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Managing the reception area and ensuring it is kept presentable at all times
Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Responding to general enquiries
Carrying out general administrative duties
Booking meeting rooms and assisting with meeting arrangements
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate
Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience would be advantageous
Professional, friendly and approachable manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well organised with good attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Reliable and able to work independently
