Position: Administrative Coordinator – Housing & Complaints

Sellick Partnership are recruiting on behalf of a housing association based in Manchester for an Administrator to provide support during a period of increased workload. The role is full-time (contract) and based on site in Manchester, working 35 hours per week.

You will handle email and telephone inquiries, maintain trackers, support case administration, manage team inboxes, and assist with MI, data entry and diary coordination to help complaint investigations.
